Angina pectoris is commonly known as angina and it is referred as chest pain, and sometimes moves in jaws, neck, back and arm along with heavy congestion. The doctor expands the stent and catheter is removed or taken out after the stent is placed firmly at the desired position. Entire procedure takes approximately 30 minutes to 3 hours.
